Shipping Methods
At Huamore, we strive to ensure that your order is processed and delivered promptly, safely, and at a fair shipping cost. Please read the following details regarding our shipping process, delivery timeframes, fees, and responsibilities.
1. Shipping Method
We ship all products via EMS to ensure reliable and trackable delivery worldwide.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a direct tracking link so you can monitor the progress of your shipment in real time.
2. Shipping Fees
A flat shipping fee of USD $5 applies to all standard orders.
This fee covers packaging, handling, and delivery via EMS.
Free Shipping Promotion: Occasionally, Huamore may offer free shipping during special promotions or when your order total exceeds a specified amount.
3. Shipping Timeframes
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance delays, postal service disruptions, or public holidays.
4. Delivery & Signature Requirement
All Huamore orders require a signature upon delivery to ensure that your package reaches you safely.
If your residence or delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, the package will be carded (a delivery notice will be left) and you will need to collect it from the appropriate Post Office or EMS outlet in your area.
If your order is returned to us due to being unclaimed or incorrectly addressed, re-shipping fees may apply.
5. Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping details at the time of purchase.
Huamore is not responsible for any loss, delay, or misdelivery of orders caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If you realize that you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at sales@huamore.com
before your order is shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to alter the delivery address.
6. Order Processing Schedule
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).
Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or Public Holiday will be processed and shipped on the next available business day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM may be processed on the following business day.
7. Tracking Your Order
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment through the EMS tracking system.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after your package has been dispatched.
8. Lost or Delayed Packages
While EMS is a highly reliable service, occasional delays can occur due to customs inspections or local postal service handling.
