Returns Policy
At Huamore, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a fair and transparent Returns, Refund, and Cancellation Policy as outlined below.
1. Returns Eligibility
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the date you received the item, provided that:
The product is in its original condition and original packaging.
All shrink-wraps, seals, and labels remain intact.
The item is unused, unopened, and undamaged.
Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
Only full, unused products are eligible for return. Partial returns or used products cannot be accepted unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return under specific circumstances, including but not limited to:
Products that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery.
Items without original packaging, missing accessories, or lacking proof of purchase.
Products that have been altered, washed, or assembled after receipt.
Items marked as final sale, clearance, or non-refundable at the time of purchase.
Goods returned beyond the 30-day return window.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately for assistance — such cases will be handled separately in accordance with our Damaged or Defective Items policy.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
We will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.
To help us process your claim quickly, please include your order number and photos of the issue when contacting our support team.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, product, or variation, please contact us first at sales@huamore.com to confirm availability.
We will provide detailed instructions for returning your original item and sending the replacement.
Shipping costs for exchanges are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to a Huamore error.
6. Order Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
Before shipment: You may cancel your order for a full refund by contacting us at sales@huamore.com as soon as possible after placing it.
After shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return under the terms described in Section 1 above.
If your cancellation is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
7. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our Customer Service team at sales@huamore.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable).
We will respond with return authorization and the return shipping address.
Pack your items securely in their original packaging, including proof of purchase.
Ship your package using a trackable delivery method.
Huamore is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using insured shipping.
